As strategic consultant with Bell Media Specialty Channels, Chris helps set the direction and pace of content development across platforms. Chris is responsible for prioritizing emergent digital trends and embedding necessary strategic insights and tools amongst the various Production, Programming, Creative, Digital, Sales and Marketing departments, resulting in cross platform engagement and integrated advertising solutions.
Combining street-level digital savvy with background in social theory, business/product development, brand partnerships, and consumer marketing, Chris helps brands such as MuchMusic, MTV, Comedy Network, and E! ensure a dominant position as profitable and influential leaders in their respective categories.
Previously, Chris managed MuchMusic and MTV’s strategic partnerships with Wireless, Technology, Device and Music categories. He was once a member of the founding team that launched Canwest’s Dose, a national media brand dedicated to young Canadians. Before that, he witnessed groundswell growth firsthand as a roadie with Juno Award-winning band Bedouin Soundclash.
