Prior to joining North, Ian served as VP of strategy at Sid Lee, where he focused on creating earned media-integrated marketing platforms and campaigns. For Moosehead Lager, Ian led strategy as they reworked the brand and moved their TV budget to social media. For Kraft Foods, Ian was asked to present on the future of marketing to their annual marketing group conference.
As a VP in the leadership team at High Road Communications, Ian provided strategy and managed teams running PR, digital, video, and social media programs, always delivering measurable, successful programs for clients, including Tim Hortons, Xbox, American Express, Gatorade, Diageo, LG, and many others.
