Working at the intersection of product and marketing, Brittany brings customer insights into the product development process and has launched a range of products, from an app for Etsy sellers to the new Etsy homepage. She's an advocate of ongoing user research, understanding local context, and meeting users where they are comfortable. I
n addition to her role as a Market Insights Manager, she also serves as a founding member of Etsy's Sustainability Commission. After working with small businesses in Africa and on electric vehicle infrastructure at GE, she's proud to call Etsy's Brooklyn headquarters her home. When she's not perusing her favorite items on Etsy, she likes to spend her free time outdoors in the mountains or by the sea.
