Lucas Keller, a founding partner at Los Angeles-based firm The AND Group brings over 10 years of experience as an entertainment executive. AND Group manages music artists, publishes, songwriters, producers, and represents brands on experiential marketing initiatives. On the brand side, the firm works with brands like Sol Republic, The Wynn Group, and a variety of others for their integrated music strategy.

The AND Group works closely with the major ad agencies and packages credible talent direct with influential and relevant brands.

Throughout his career he has represented some of the most successful songwriters and producers in the world who have sold over 300 million records and with his clients has won gold and platinum awards, BMI and ASCAP pop awards, Grammys, Junos, Golden Globes, Arias, Mercurys, etcetera. His department currently represents writer producers like David Hodges, Gavin Brown, Kevin Griffin, DJ Felli Fel, PJ Bianco, J Angel, Jay Vice, and more. He recently won a Grammy in 2013 for his revival of reggae legend Jimmy Cliff and the making of his 2012 comeback record with Tim Armstrong.

AND was launched in early 2013 and already has 12 people working across Los Angeles, Nashville, and New York. Keller most recently spent 4 years as a manager in the music department at music, tv, film management firm The Collective, where they built a business representing acts like Linkin Park, Enrique Iglesias, Slash, and more. Prior to The Collective, he was a manager at Chicago based management company Uppercut for 4 years.

Keller also comes with a tech background as well having developed and sold a successful software series in the early 2000s. As a concert promoter, manager, publisher, marketer, and tech entrepreneur -- he has had the unique opportunity to see multiple sides of the entertainment industry.

In addition, Keller just launched Los Angeles and Nashville based music publishing company Third and Verse in collaboration with Kobalt music and long-time client David Hodges.
