Virginia M. Alber-Glanstaetten (Planning Director) drives planning and strategy for brand engagement at Huge, steering clients such as PepsiCo, Target and Verisign toward experiences that go beyond brand awareness. With over a de- cade in the digital world, she specializes in digital marketing strategies, emerging media and target audience development. Prior to joining Huge, Virginia was VP/AD of Digital Strategy at Publicis Modem in San Francisco, working with clients such as LG and PayPal. With tenure at Razorfish, Organic and Gartner, she has worked with many of the world’s largest brands, including Lipton, Unilever, AIG, Microsoft, Pottery Barn, Sprint, Chevron, NBCUniversal, Intel and Chrysler. Her emphasis on an audience insight- driven approach has helped create best-in-class digital experiences and strategies. Virginia received a BA from Smith College and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management with a concentration in International Marketing.
