By listening to questions and concerns posed by consumers, McDonald’s opened a transparent and authentic line of communication via its interactive, online Q&A platform. Through the program McDonald’s has shifted the perceptions of Canadians around the quality of its food, practices and procedures, in a new and dynamic way.
